Eligibility
- All registered delegates must be a minimum of 10 years of age and enrolled in middle school or high school.
- Teachers, parents, administrators, and other adults who are a minimum of 21 years of age are eligible to serve as directors for school delegations. Directors assume responsibility for the students in their delegation.
- Delegations must contain a minimum of five students to be eligible to attend. Otherwise, delegates should register as individuals.
- Delegations must contain one director for every twelve students.
- Individual delegates must have written consent from a parent and/or legal guardian to attend.
Conduct
- All delegates will behave in a manner that is respectful towards others, including fellow student participants and directors
- All delegates will respect and abide by rules and regulations set by conference organizers and partners in buses, hotels, and other venues
- Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all conference facilities
- ENMUN will not tolerate any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior in any manner and any offenses will result in immediate removal from the conference without a refund
- Directors are responsible for the safety and well-being of their delegation and are expected to help enforce conference rules and regulations for all participants
- There must be at least one director present at all times during committee sessions and conference activities
- Delegates may not leave any conference venue without the approval of their director
- Delegates may not bring external food onto any conference venue unless for dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, etc). This must be communicated beforehand with the ENMUN Hospitality Team
- All participants must wear their ENMUN-issued identification badge at all times on all conference venues
- Any participant not wearing their badge at any time will be removed from the conference until they are able to present their ENMUN-issued identification badge
Violations
- ENMUN staff may take appropriate measures against participants if violations arise to any of the terms & conditions such as but not limited to:
- Issuing a verbal warning
- Suspension from the conference for a period of time
- Expulsion from the conference without a refund
- Ban from attending future ENMUN conferences
Payments
- ENMUN offers two payment methods for the conference:
- Full Payment Plan
- 100% of the fees paid by October 30, 2025
- Total payment calculated per delegate fees, inclusive of directors
- Subject to the refund policy
- Deposit Plan (international schools only)
- $150 non-refundable deposit paid by September 25, 2025 to secure the delegation
- 100% of the fees (with $150 delegation deposit deducted from total) paid by October 14, 2025
- Total payment calculated per delegate fees, inclusive of directors
- Subject to the refund policy
- Full Payment Plan
- Local schools and individual delegates must pay in Egyptian Pounds only
- International schools and individual delegates may pay in USD, EUR, or EGP
- International schools paying in Egyptian Pounds may be subject to a currency markup to account for legal fees that must be paid to assure the safety of foreigners attending events within Egypt.
Deadlines & Cancellations
- Changes/Substitutions
- Delegate changes and delegation name changes are permitted until November 2, 2025
- Changes made after this date will require a 50 EGP processing fee for every name changed
- Cancellations
- Delegation deposits are non-refundable in case of school cancellation before total payment is fulfilled
- School or delegate cancellation before October 30, 2025 will result in refund with deducted amount of up to 25% subject to administration and cancellation fees
- School or delegate cancellation before November 9, 2025 will result in refund with deducted amount of up to 65% subject to administration and cancellation fees
- Refunds are permitted until November 9, 2025
